In the second of the telephone seminar series Alan Sullivan, Snell & Wilmer and James Jardine, Ray Quinney & Nebeker coached that by writing and publishing your work is an excellent way to promote your lawyering skills. Leaern in this seminar how to do just that with Dian Thomas.
The discussion will include the Rule of Professional Conduct 7.3 on Direct Contact with Prospective Clients, and how publishing a book can be a way to get one`s name into the marketplace and attract clients without soliciting or advertising. Other issues covered are practice development, bringing in new legal work,how publishing is a vehicle for branding one`s legal practice and one`s firm.
