If you are having
trouble launching one of our seminars from within the seminar viewer, as a
first step, try launching the following test stream. Sometimes
launching the Media Player outside of our viewer sets certain parameters
on the player that allow our streams to be played. If a dialog pops
up asking you to install an update to your Media Player, please allow the
software to update itself.
