An all-star panel of public interest and government lawyers explains the business and economics of health insurance and delivery systems, and explores the complex political and legal dynamics of health care reform. Learn what public benefits will be created or extended by the new law as health care reform is implemented in Pennsylvania, including high risk pools, health insurance exchanges, and new Medical Assistance initiatives.
