This course focuses on two forms of property ownership that have become popular in Pennsylvania in the past 30 years -- the condominium and the planned community. Learn the similarities and key differences between these forms of ownership. Our instructors also examine the problems that have arisen and what land use lawyers and municipalities must consider as they apply court decisions interpreting the Uniform Condominium Act and the Uniform Planned Community Act.
This course was recorded in March 2010 at PBI`s Land Use Institute. Other sessions from the Institute are available on PBI`s Online Campus.
