Are you a parent? Do you counsel parents? This is a not-to-be missed public policy seminar for anyone who could face a potential conflict between child rearing choices and legal challenges to those decisions.

There is sometimes a fine line between parent/family decisions about the welfare of the child and when and how the courts and government agencies may intervene in that decision process. Our panel of experts will examine how and when third parties, the government and/or the courts can become players in the decisions that are made by parents regarding their children.
