The revised 2008 Form 990 now requires a multitude of disclosures on board governance practices and management practices, policies and conflicts of interests. Our instructor discusses the key provisions of the new form as well as the resources available from the Standards for Excellence program, Pennsylvania`s statewide ethics and accountability program.
