Regulation of lobbyists in Pennsylvania has been a hot topic since the Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down the state`s former lobbying disclosure law in Gmerek v. State Ethics Commission, 569 Pa. 579, 807 A.2d 812 (Pa. 2002). In this seminar, Richard Gmerek takes a closer look at Pennsylvania`s new Lobbying Disclosure Act, which became effective January 1, 2007.
