Item Description Back to top
Our instructors focus on three areas of interest to insurance counsel: (1) the ethical implications of deficient disclosures -- what can happen when key documents are "mistakenly not previously produced"? (2) fundamentals of the attorney-client privilege for insurers, particularly for in-house counsel; and (3) insurance carriers, reservation of rights and "independent counsel."

This course was recorded in April 2011 at PBI`s 15th Annual Insurance Institute, the premier insurance law event in Pennsylvania. Other sessions from the Insurance Institute are available at PBI`s Online Campus.

User Feedback Back to top
"All three presenters were knowlegeable in the topic and made good presentations. The program covered a great deal of material in one hour, but did so clearly and with good connections between the points being made. Overall it was well above average for this sort of program." (Orange, CT)
