We all know someone who is going through a rough time and their personal and professional lives are suffering. Is it a temporary situation which will resolve itself in time? Or, are the problems at work and home warning signals of a health problem which, left unchallenged, may worsen and lead to serious harm, destroy a family and maybe ruin a career.

This course and book have been designed to help you recognize a colleague's problems and learn how you can reach out to help.

Specific topics include depression, drug and alcohol abuse, and problem gambling.
