The Philadelphia Commerce Court, now over 10 years old, and the Business Litigation Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association are pleased to present this first-time program to help lawyers navigate cases through the Commerce Case Management Program, from commencement of the case through trial.

Since January 2000, all business litigation filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas has been referred to the Commerce Case Management Program. The judges assigned to the Commerce Case Management Program have developed unique rules and procedures applicable to these cases. All attorneys handling commercial litigation in Philadelphia must become familiar with these innovations. Our panelists, including the judges of the Commerce Court, review in detail the operation of the Program.
