Item Description Back to top
Through the use of hypothetical fact scenarios, our panelists discuss a number of timely ethical topics including conflicts of interest facing debtor`s counsel; advising a debtor to incur additional debt in contemplation of bankruptcy; filing a bankruptcy plan that fails to comply with the Code but which garners no objections; and relying on computer programs to process a motion for relief from stay. An educational and entertaining session that will provide you with your annual ethics CLE credit.

This course was recorded in September 2010 at PBI`s 15th Annual Bankruptcy Institute. Other sessions from this popular institute are available at PBI`s Online Campus.
