Our instructors discuss a number of realistic scenarios presenting problems in legal ethics on which reasonable lawyers can -- and likely will -- differ. The issues are relevant to business lawyers practicing in a corporate legal department, as well as those in private practice. [NOTE: this session qualifies for an ethics credit. If you have met your ethics requirement, it can be used as a “wild card” toward your general CLE requirement.]
This course was recorded at PBI`s 16th annual Business Lawyers` Institute in November 2010. Other sessions from the Institute are available at PBI`s Online Campus.
