Neighbor law is one of the hottest and most common areas of dispute. The laws, local ordinances and procedures to deal with these conflicts can vary from location to location. PBI`s Neighbor Law series is designed to inform lawyers on the most common issues that arise and some suggested solutions. Specific topics in this session include encroaching trees and shrubs, shared driveways, neighborly nuisances (such as air, noise, light and view nuisances), animal and pet issues, and the ways in which municipal ordinances regulate conduct between neighbors.

Be sure to look for other sessions from the Neighbor Law series on PBI`s Online Campus.
