With the number of claims for dog bite injuries on the rise, PBI brings you this timely seminar depicting a mock trial of a dog bite case. The plaintiff was bitten by her friend’s dog at a Super Bowl party and now seeks damages for her medical costs and lost wages. Our faculty includes experienced attorneys, a judge and a dog trainer. They show you the kinds of questions to ask and expect, and offer insight into how to bring and defend a dog bite claim.
This course was recorded in August 2011 at PBI’s 8th Annual Animal Law Conference. Other sessions from the conference are available at PBI’s Online Campus.
