This course focuses on advanced issues in capital cases. The faculty is composed of judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys. Examine ethical issues in capital cases concerning tough witnesses, cooperating witnesses and reluctant witnesses. This course was originally presented in October 2007 at a program entitled Capital Cases: Tough Witnesses, Cooperating Witnesses ("Snitches"), and Reluctant Witnesses.
