Our instructors highlight some important considerations when you`re conducting discovery to prepare for and prove a trade secret case. They discuss relevant provisions of Pennsylvania`s Uniform Trade Secret Act and the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and offer practical tips for assessing your trade secret case and beginning discovery. Several recent cases addressing trade secret discovery issues are also examined. Finally, a computer forensic expert explains some of the key technological concepts that will help you gain a fuller understanding of the mechanics of electronic discovery.
