The Functional Capacity Exam (FCE) is an objective evaluation test used to determine an injured individual’s ability to perform certain activities such as: lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, gripping and walking. The results of an FCE are interpreted to determine the extent of an individual’s particular injury and can be very persuasive in obtaining a favorable settlement in your client’s personal injury case. This brand new seminar will explain what an FCE is and how it works. You will have the opportunity to view a demonstration of an FCE being performed and understand how it is evaluated by a physician. You will also learn how an FCE can be used to make or break your next personal injury case.
