(Course materials pdated Dec. 06 with info Act 154 of 2006). Examine specific language of conservation easements and touch on common problems associated with conservation easements. Recorded April 1 2004 at the annual Environmental Law Forum, a joint project of PBI and the Environmental, Natural Resources, and Mineral Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
