This session provides guidance to commercial and consumer practitioners on the methodology of valuing both real and personal property in preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions. Learn how to properly determine and support valuations, including the use of expert reports and online services. Also learn how valuations may differ for either liquidation or reorganization and continued payment on secured obligations.
