Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Chairman Robert Powelson provides remarks on his service on Governor Corbett’s Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission, the process for developing recommendations, and the Commission's final report. A PUC staff attorney also discusses the various legislative proposals being considered that relate to Marcellus Shale, including local impact fees and gas safety jurisdiction for intrastate pipelines.
