Join Salo Zelermyer, former Senior Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy, for a discussion of federal energy policy in the near term. Mr. Zelermyer looks at the run up to the 2012 elections and discusses what, if any, significant energy legislation is likely to be enacted before November. He also considers the projected impact of the 2012 elections on future energy legislation.

This course was recorded in October 2011 at PBI's Second Annual Power Law Conference. Other sessions from the conference are available at PBI's Online Campus.
