Our instructors provide an overview of green building and explain the latest developments in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating systems, with particular emphasis on LEED Version 3. They also discuss the key legal issues presented in the construction and operation of green buildings -- from the plethora of economic and environmental benefits for "going green" to the risks involved in trying to keep up with ever-changing standards.
