ERISA litigation has been on the rise in part due to the stock of most financial and other U.S. companies having suffered significantly, debt and other investments coming under fire, and the growing scrutiny of fees. It is crucial to be apprised of the latest developments and understand how to prepare for the increasing threat of litigation. Join us to hear about: • Practical, ethical and emerging issues arising from the threat of ERISA litigation, including settlement issues • Latest analysis of "stock drop," "indirect fee" and other class action litigation • The latest from the Supreme Court, and the fallout from recent Supreme Court decisions • The role of government litigation and subsequent regulatory and legislative reactions • Insights directly from Department of Labor personnel
