        A primer to understanding the bankruptcy process. Discussion will include debtor’s rights and how bankruptcy affects a creditor’s rights. Among the topics covered are the basics of bankruptcy, the attributes of the different chapters under which a debtor may seek protection, the automatic stay and discharge, reaffirmation, avoiding liens, and modifying the rights of creditors in bankruptcy.

        Get a summary of the most significant cases of the last year affecting consumer bankruptcy practice. Hear the latest about decisions on: The "Means Test", Attorney’s Fees, the Automatic Stay, Dismissal, Dischargeability, Exemptions, Chapter 7 Trustee Issues, Chapter 13 and much more.
