    A primer to understanding the bankruptcy process. Discussion will include debtor’s rights and how bankruptcy affects a creditor’s rights. Among the topics covered are the basics of bankruptcy, the attributes of the different chapters under which a debtor may seek protection, the automatic stay and discharge, reaffirmation, avoiding liens, and modifying the rights of creditors in bankruptcy.
  - Top Consumer Cases of the Year
    Get a summary of the most significant cases of the last year affecting consumer bankruptcy practice. Hear the latest about decisions on: The "Means Test", Attorney’s Fees, the Automatic Stay, Dismissal, Dischargeability, Exemptions, Chapter 7 Trustee Issues, Chapter 13 and much more.
  - Top Commercial Cases of the Year
    This panel addresses decisions over the last year that are of importance to attorneys with a commercial bankruptcy practice. The primary focus is on cases decided by the Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, but significant cases from around the country will also be discussed.
