This seminar will provide the general practitioner with an overview of the Act as well as an update on current issues and developments in municipal tort liability under the various exceptions to the general rule of local agency immunity.
The faculty panel will also address the most recent important cases affecting municipal liability as well as the rise of state-created danger claims and other tactics used to avoid immunity.
