Item Description Back to top
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has established two agencies to protect the public from lawyer misconduct – the Disciplinary Board and the Lawyers Fund for Client Security. The Court also recognizes that many instances of misconduct involve lawyers who suffer from addiction or mental illness and has authorized the funding of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers. This CLE program provides an overview of these three organizations – their respective roles and how their combined efforts serve the profession, the public and the individual lawyer in distress.
