Online CLE Programs: Purchased Online CLE programs are accessible for 90 days. You may download program materials any time after purchase. Online CLE information is accessible through your account for four years and is available by written request thereafter.

CLE Webcasts: Purchased live CLE Webcasts are accessible only on the day of the live program. CLE Webcasts are accessible only on the day of the live program. You may download and print program materials 24-hours prior to the program.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

Purchase a Online CLE program or a CLE Webcast

Select the item you wish to purchase from either the Catalog tab or the specific product page. Click on the “More Information” or “Buy Now” button below the item of interest.


Shopping Cart: The item will be added to your shopping cart. To add another item to your shopping cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to the Catalog page. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as desired. The cart provides a running total as you add additional items.

Fax-in Order: If you would like to provide your credit card or check via fax (rather than online), select "Fax-in Order" as a payment option from the pull-down menu. You will be asked to confirm your billing information and to provide the credit card or check information that you wish to use. Please note: Only in certain circumstances will we will accept checks. If you need to pay with a check rather than a credit card, please call our customer support number (888-892-7676).

Secure Checkout

When you are finished adding items to your cart, click the “Secure Checkout” button. Your information is secured by 128-bit encryption, as indicated by the padlock at the bottom of your browser window. You will be presented with Step 1 of the checkout process, verifying your account information. If you have previously created an account, follow the instructions towards the top of this page to log on. Otherwise, fill in all required fields with the information you wish to be associated with your new account.

Order Fulfillment

Once your payment is authenticated or received, a receipt page appears listing the items purchased, as well as links to "Launch Seminar", obtain "Program Materials", obtain your "Certificate of Completion”, and view the “Transaction Details.” When you purchase a book chapter from CeLE Stacks, the receipt page includes a link to “View Document.”

E-mail Receipt: You will also receive an e-mail containing the details of your transaction, which can be printed for your records.

MCLE Credit

N.C. State Bar MCLE rules require attorneys to complete 12 hours of MCLE per credit year. To satisfy this requirement, you may take up to four (4) hours of computer-based training per credit year. You may apply up to four (4) credit hours of online CLE to a CLE deficit from a preceding calendar year. You may carry over to the next calendar year no more than four (4) credit hours of computer-based CLE. Live CLE Webcasts do not count against the four-hour limitation for computer-based training. All 12 N.C. MCLE credits may be satisfied online with live CLE Webcasts and up to four (4) credits of Online CLE.

My Account

After you have made a purchase, you can access your account at any time using "Your first name" and "Account" links located in the upper right side the catalog page.

Remote Computer Access: If you access the site from a different computer, simply click the "Log On" link and provide your e-mail address and password to access your account.

Change Profile Information: Update your e-mail address, change your mailing address and your password, print a Certificate of Participation, or download copies of the handout materials, via this account page. Changes apply to the online CLE system only and not to your information on file at the North Carolina Bar Association.

Complete Purchase & Credit History: Select the My Account tab and log on to view and print a copy of your purchase history.
