Corporate boards and their advisors often struggle with administering fiduciary duties when a company is struggling financially. The conflicting interest between the obligations owed to shareholders and corporate creditors, including now in some cases the government, is not easy to reconcile.

This program provides a roadmap on how to navigate the legal minefield created for advisors of corporations. An experienced faculty will examine, in detail, several recent cases that help provide both cover from liability and guidance in executing corporate duties. If you provide counsel to any corporate client, you won't want to miss this program.
