Effective January 1, 2009, OBA/MCLE allows a maximum of six archived online continuing legal education hours per year.  If you are viewing archived online programs in order to comply with 2008 requirements, you may only view three hours of archived online programming for 2008 credit.    NOTE:  webcasts and webinars are considered live programs and there is no MCLE limit on that programming.
