RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Audio CD and publications purchases are shipped free
via courier or commercial ground carrier and should arrive within 2-3 business
days for in-state orders and 5-7 business days elsewhere within the contiguous
United States. All other audio CD and publications orders, including international and rush orders, incur additional shipping fees;
please contact the State Bar of Nevada to determine your cost. International
orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to
which you have your order shipped; these charges are always the recipient's
responsibility. Orders placed outside of the online store (via fax, phone or
regular mail) will take longer to be processed.
