This is the archived online version of the seminar held in March, 2011.  Online seminars through the NHBA qualify as live NHMCLE Credit.
 
This CLE will explore various issues that may arise when a parent seeks to modify a parenting plan or when circumstances arise that make modification necessary. The program will cover the requirements for seeking modification of a Parenting Plan under RSA 461-A:11, relocation under RSA 461-A:12 and the new requirements of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) RSA 458-A, and other pending legislation.
