Here is a description of the live program:

This seminar is geared toward the experienced workers’ comp practitioner, although less experienced attorneys may find it informative too. The faculty brings over 100 years experience in litigating workers’ comp claims to bear on some complicated issues.
Always an audience favorite, there will be extensive discussion of settlement evaluation and issues. The seminar is likely to have a great deal of audience participation and interaction as well, based on similar NHBA seminars in the past.

Topics will include:

• Legal update

• Lump sum settlements evaluations

• Liens

• Hearing process

Keynote Speaker:
Kathryn J. Barger
