This seminar will address the investigation and preparation of the case for trial, evidentiary issues, discovery and depositions, mental health considerations, the case presentation and preservation of issues for appeal, the Guardian ad litem investigation and presentation,the involvement of ancillary witnesses, ethical issues, and commentary and observations from the bench.
