This full day seminar will address the cutting edge developments in employment and benefits law over the past year. Topics include health care reform developments, the new GINA regulations, proposed new employment legislation, developments in discrimination law, recent developments and enforcement trends under ERISA, and developments in wage and hour and workers’ compensation. All faculty members have extensive practical and teaching experience in the labor, employment and benefits law fields. The Ethics/Professionalism topic will focus on client confidences and communications.
