Busted Developments - live program description:

The real estate recession has caused numerous problems with real estate developments begun in the 2005-2009 period.   Partially completed condominium and subdivision projects along with legal errors, foreclosures and other troubles have surfaced.
This program will present a number of examples with lively discussion of issues and potential solutions.

It's recommended for attorneys practicing real estate, land use planning, commercial banking and real estate related bankruptcy.
