Here is the description from the live seminar:

We read your evaluations and, being gluttons for punishment, many of you were ready for more advanced concepts from the knowledgeable faculty who brought you Basic Construction Law in 2010.  In the spirit of “thank you sir, may I have another” we have recruited the same lively crew to deliver a program packed with legal analysis and practical advice on construction concepts which transcend the ordinary.  As you requested, this course assumes a basic understanding of construction law, including mechanic’s liens, project delivery methods and form construction contracts.  Be prepared - with this faculty it will be anything but boring.  This year our censors are ready.  Topics will include:

·              Understanding Construction Management

·              Litigating Mechanic’s Lien Issues

·              Delay, Disruption and Acceleration Claims

·              Architect and Engineer Liability

·              Building Codes and Standards

·              Insurance Coverage for Defects and Damage

·              Dealing with OSHA

·              Spoliation of Evidence
