Item Description Back to top

This handbook will benefit seasoned and new attorneys who want to become better advocates before trial judges by producing and presenting more effective legal writing, whether the forum is superior court, district court, probate court or an administrative agency. Effective writing is one essential key to the art of persuasion in these forums. Although legal writing is commonly taught in law school, this program is designed to improve practitioner writing skills and provide perspectives on how attendees can improve their written advocacy skills and effectiveness.
