The program will start with a brief overview of our shared history as lawyers. Next, we will discuss the reasons for practicing law and some of the laudable aims of the profession (as set forth in the preamble to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the professionalism creed). We’ll focus on how to implement those ideals by providing superior service to our clients. Weaved through the presentation will be tips and pointers on how to have fun in the process, so that lawyers will be even more likely to do so.
About the Presenter
Sean Carter, lawyer, humorist and veteran CLE presenter is a Harvard Law graduate who practiced law for a decade at major law firms on both coasts and in-house at a publictraded financial institution.
