This "Nuts and Bolts of Criminal Law" seminar is intended to address routine and fundamental issues in criminal cases. The session should be ideal for the general practitioner who handles misdemeanors and lower level felonies semi-regularly, for district court prosecutors (including non-attorney prosecutors), and for more experienced attorneys looking for a "refresher" course in the fundamentals.
Topics will include:
• Prosecution and Defense of Domestic Violence Cases
• Major Motor Vehicle Offenses and HO Certification
• Motion Practice in District and Superior Court
• Analysis of Statutory Elements
• Collateral Consequences of Criminal Convictions
• Ethics Issues in Criminal Practice
What is a Live Webcast? Just like a live seminar, you attend a webcast at a scheduled time, only you do it from a web page on your computer. Webcasts include video and audio of the speakers, slides, and seminar handout materials — all on your computer!
