The State Bar of Wisconsin Partners with LegalSpan to Broadcast Live CLE via the Web

LegalSpan is pleased to announce its partnership with the State Bar of Wisconsin (SBW) to broadcast live streaming web casts of SBW CLE events.  The SBW Online CLE Catalog is located at:  http://www.legalspan.com/wisbar.  Initially, the catalog will contain only online live web cast offerings, but will be moving into archive offerings over time. 

The next web cast being performed by SBW is also available to be shared by any of our other affiliates.  Please visit the new administrative area for additional details.  You can easily request to have the "Why Every Business Owner Should Fear the U.S. Patent System" live web cast by clicking on the "Request this Seminar" link next to the seminar listing on the home page of the new admin site.

Tom Dixon and the other SBW staff have been instrumental in helping us to develop and perfect our live web cast application which is built directly into our new administrative area.  We are seeing a great number of our affiliates in the Legal and Accounting industries moving toward live web casts because it provides a much greater reach for each event.

Instead of creating an event limited by the four walls of a conference room, a live web cast enables our affiliates to extend the reach of each seminar to anyone with an Internet connection.  There are no fees for this other than the affiliate's standard revenue share - thus, I can easily see the day when all of our affiliates will regularly broadcast traditional CLE seminars as a normal part of their curriculum.
