South Carolina Bar chooses LegalSpan to Provide Calendaring &
Online CLE to South Carolina Lawyers Locally & Nationwide
The South Carolina Bar is the premiere provider of live
seminars, related legal texts and video reproductions of live seminars for South Carolina
attorneys. Through this dynamic partnership with LegalSpan, the Bar now provides
another option for South Carolina attorneys to obtain continuing legal education.
Quality CLE is now merely a few “clicks of the mouse away” from the
fingertips of South Carolina attorneys and anyone else seeking to learn about the law
through distance learning.

Bar members may also use LegalSpan's online Calendaring system
- which is a plugin available to any affiliate using our online seminar system. This
database driven calendaring system provides a way for South Carolina attorneys to view and
register for all the live events happening at the Bar. The calendaring system
provides day, week, month and list views and is also visually integrated with the online
seminar catalog.
Although we were approached by
a number of online CLE providers, our decision to partner with LegalSpan
was easy. LegalSpan's system has a proven track record, and
they had a business model that made sense to us.
In addition, the complex requirements mandated
by our Supreme Court Commission on CLE and Specialization including online
testing and other methods of user interactivity will be met by
