About Pozner & Dodd
Lary Pozner
Larry Pozner, Past President of the 10,000 member National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, began his career as a Colorado State Public Defender. Mr. Pozner is listed in Best Lawyers in America and was a NBC News Legal Analyst for Oklahoma City bombing trial and Jon Benet Ramsey. He has been a guest on such shows as NBC Nightly News, Today Show, Meet the Press, Jim Leher News Hour, CNN, Court TV, Rivera Live, NPR.
Having heard all of this you might believe Mr. Pozner practices criminal defense work only. On the contrary, he and his law firm handle all manners of complex civil litigation and criminal defense work. Mr. Pozner has just concluded seven class action settlements with Baby Bell US West resulting in potential recoveries to class members of 100,000 million dollars. In addition, he is lead counsel to the Denver Bronco football franchise in which he is defending a class action.
Roger Dodd
Roger J. Dodd is a trial lawyer, author, and teacher. His office is located in Valdosta, Georgia, but at least half of his time is spent trying cases and teaching elsewhere. He now emphasizes plaintiff's serious or catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice representation. He spends much of his time working with other firms on these cases.
He is among the nation's most elite lawyers included in The Best Lawyers in America. He is co-author of the best selling book published by Lexis? Nexis Publishing Company entitled: Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques. The book went into its fourth printing in less than twelve (12) months. It has been a best seller every year since its publication in 1993.
He is Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in both Civil and Criminal Trial Practice. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He has lectured in over forty-nine (49) states and three foreign countries. He has published articles in Trial Magazine such as: "Parlor Tricks of the Courtroom" (April, 1990); "Controlling The Runaway Witness" (January, 1991); quot;Bait" (April, 1992) and soon "A Tragic Accident - Not Murder" - Synopsis of Opening Statements (March, 1998). He is a Fellow of the Georgia Bar Foundation, Past Chairman of the Board of the Georgia Institute of Trial Advocacy, Past President of the Georgia Association Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a former board member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is presently a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has served as a member of the State Bar of Georgia Disciplinary Board. He has appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV from 1996 to date.
