Developed in partnership with LegalSpan, the new Utah Bar catalog of online seminars represents a compilation of offerings from other quality CLE providers from around the country whose online programs match the Bar's high standards for excelence and quality. The CLE catalog will initially contain around 30 hours of content to which we will add on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
The online CLE catalog for the Utah State Bar is located at http://www.legalspan.com/utah/.
Additionally, the Bar will be participating in a live web cast performed through the LegalSpan network on February 8, 2002. This live webcast of an Expert Witness Forum presented by CLE Options and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, will provide interactivity for viewer questions and features a national panel of leading trial lawyers discussing and demonstrating how expert witness should be presented and attacked during trial.
Utah is joined in this live web cast by the Florida State Bar, The Washington State Bar, the State Bar of New Mexico, the Missouri Bar and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia. More information about the live web cast can be found at the CLE Options web site.
