This program is a must for any attorney who will use, or be involved with, the practice of mediation. It walks the attorney through the mediation process, first by discussing the attorney’s role before the mediation session begins and then discussing the mediation session itself. The program examines such issues as whether private sessions are necessary during the mediation process and ends with how to close the deal.
