About this Seminar:
Family law attorneys deal daily with the tasks of reviewing, organizing, and analyzing voluminous documents in equitable distribution, postseparation support, and alimony cases. We must also be prepared to present voluminous information to a court or mediator regarding assets, debts, income, and expenses in a short period of time. In some jurisdictions, the local rules limit the presentation of evidence in support cases to affidavits or a few minutes of testimony and argument. By using summaries, charts, graphs, reports, and other compilation exhibits in family law cases, the task of a succinct presentation of substantial evidence can be accomplished.
