    A 90 minute nuts and bolts presentation on ways to reduce litigation arising from long term care planning in your practice. The program will cover, consent, capacity, and the factors leading to a presumption that consent was not freely given including undue influence and fraud. The program will also look at professional responsibility as it relates to clients with diminished capacity in the world following the Brooke Astor case and what practical steps can be incorporated into your planning analysis an office practice to avoid or reduce estate and guardianship litigation.
