MoBarCLE Telephone Seminars & Webinars. Enjoy the quality of MoBarCLE programs in the comfort of your home or office! MoBarCLE Telephone Seminars and Webinars offer timely topics relevant to your practice area and count toward the 15-hour MCLE requirement.
Online CLE 24/7. Enjoy the convenience of Online CLE 24/7 and choose from a variety of self-study video programs. Purchased Online CLE programs are accessible for 90 days. You may download program materials any time after purchase. You can get up to the maximum six hours of self-study credit annually through Online CLE or CLEtoGo, or a combination of both.
CLE Live Webcasts. CLE Live Webcasts are accessible only on the day of the live program. You may download and print program materials 24-hours prior to the program. Participation in a live CLE Webcast counts toward the 15 hour MCLE requirement.
CLEtoGo - MP3. Earn up to six hours of self-study CLE credit by downloading CLE programming to any portable audio player. You can get up to the maximum six hours of self-study credit annually through Online CLE or CLEtoGo, or a combination of both.

Registration for OnLine and CLEtoGo programs can only be completed online by using a credit card or debit card and qualify for self-study credit only.
Step 1 - Shop for the item(s) you wish to purchase by browsing the Catalog tab or selecting the tab for Online CLE, CLE Live Webcasts, or CLEtoGo.
Step 2 - Click on the More Information or Buy Now button for item detail or to purchase.
Step 3 - Select the Secure Checkout button to proceed to the checkout. As a first-time customer, you will be prompted to create an account. As a returning customer, follow the prompt in red to log on to your user account.

 Shopping Cart: The item will be added to your shopping cart. To add another item to your shopping cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to the Catalog page. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as desired. The cart provides a running total as you add additional items.
 Secure Checkout
When you are finished adding items to your cart, click the “Secure Checkout” button. Your information is secured by 128-bit encryption, as indicated by the padlock at the bottom of your browser window. You will be presented with Step 1 of the checkout process, verifying your account information. If you have previously created an account, follow the instructions near the top of this page to log on. Otherwise, fill in all required fields with the information you wish to be associated with your new account.

 Order Fulfillment
Once your payment is received, a receipt page appears listing the items purchased, as well as links to "Launch Seminar", obtain "Program Materials", obtain your "Certificate of Completion”, and view the “Transaction Details.”
E-mail Receipt: You will also receive an e-mail containing the details of your transaction, which can be printed for your records.

More Information
MCLE Credit
The Missouri Bar MCLE rules require attorneys to complete 15 hours of MCLE per credit year. To satisfy this requirement, you may take up to six(6) hours of self-study training per credit year. This means up to six hours of Online CLE or CLEtoGo, or a combination of both, not to exceed six hours self-study credit annually. Live CLE Webcasts do not count against the six-hour limitation for self-study training. All 15 MoBar MCLE credits may be satisfied online with live CLE Webcasts and up to six (6) credits of both Online CLE and/or CLEtoGo.
My Account
After you have made a purchase, you can access your account at any time by logging in using the green button,  , on the right-hand side of the page. Your email address and created password will be required to access your online CLE account. If you purchased or accessed your account on the computer you are currently using, then your computer's cookies may remember your account information and already have you logged in. If that is the case, then "Hello and your first name" will appear in the gray bar in the middle of the page and the "My Account" gray tab will be located on the right side of the page. Just click on the "My Account" gray tab to access your current and prior purchases.
Access after buying: Once you have purchased an Online CLE program, a CLE Webcast, or CLEtoGo program, accessing it would be the same no matter what computer you are on. You can access a program from a different computer and it will start from the point in the program where you last stopped.
- Go to http://www.mobarcle.org
- Once on the MoBarCLE catalog page, you will see a printer icon on the right side of a Navigation Bar.
- Immediately below are the Log On and Sign Up links.
- Click on “Log On” and on the page that is displayed enter your email address and password in the boxes for “returning customers”.
- The page will open on the My Account tab, but if you do not see your unfinished programs click on the “My Account” tab again and they will load.
Change Profile Information: You can update your e-mail address, change your mailing address or your password, print a Certificate of Participation, or download copies of the handout materials, via this account page. Changes apply to the online CLE system only and not to your information on file at The Missouri Bar.
Complete Purchase & Credit History: Select the “My Account” tab and log on to view and print a copy of your purchase history.
