Item Description Back to top
Mediation practice has become mainstream
and many litigators have participated in
large numbers of mediations. This CLE is
designed for the advocate who already has significant
experience representing clients in mediation. It
will provide an opportunity to explore the nuances
of mediation (including consideration of when not to
mediate) with a stellar faculty who have thought a lot
about the subject. If you are ready for an advanced
level of CLE on mediation advocacy, rather than
“more of the same,” this program is for you.
