NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE (1) IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SEMINAR AND/OR (2) FOR NO-SHOWS. Twenty five dollars ($25) will be charged for insufficient funds. Other provisions: The HSBA reserves the right to cancel the seminar without liability, and in such a situation, will return the amounts paid to the registrant.
