The Hawaii Supreme Court recently adopted a comprehensive update to the Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct ("HRPC). The updated HRPC will become effective on January 1, 2014. A panel with attorney Calvin Young and Disciplinary Counsel Janet Hunt will review a selection of the major changes to the HRPC that will affect most attorneys.
Hawaii County Bar Association Members will be provided lunch at no additional cost by the Hawaii County Bar Association. Non-Hawaii County Bar Association attendees have an option of purchasing lunch in addition to their registration.
